About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Jobot, a leading aerospace component manufacturing company. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating complex machinery and producing high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machine centers to machine parts in accordance with current process router and work instructions
  • Verify part conformance per work instructions and record required dimensions on a record sheet
  • Set up recurring production parts on 3, 4, and 5-axis machine centers
  • Monitor and adjust cutting tools, replace worn tools, and set/resets tool offsets
  • Work directly with programming and Quality departments to resolve program issues
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of machining experience
  • Ability to use dimensional measuring tools, including Micrometer, Calipers, Pin Gages, and Bore Gages
  • Proficiency in Blueprint reading and application of GD&T
  • Advanced knowledge of G and M codes for CNC machines
  • Ability to review part programs in CAD systems
