We are seeking a reliable and skilled Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team at The Liberty Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Grounds Maintenance: Pick up trash and debris from grounds, ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Facilities Support: Assist in trash-outs and general property clean-up, including power washing sidewalks, buildings, and other areas as needed.
- Safety and Maintenance: Check smoke alarms and replace batteries as necessary, replace switch plates, light bulbs, and air conditioning filters, and perform other routine maintenance tasks.
- Specialized Tasks: Familiarity with painting (by roller and spray gun) is a plus, and you should be comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
- Pool Maintenance: Knowledge of pool chemicals is a plus, but not required.
- Valid Identification: Possess a valid ID.
- Reliable Transportation: Have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Background Check: Willing to submit to a background check.
- Physical Demands: The ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
