Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a skilled CNC Operator Specialist. This role involves working on advanced machinery during a weekend shift, with options for both night and day schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery in accordance with established process guidelines and work instructions.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as Micrometers, Calipers, Pin Gages, and Bore Gages.
- Ensure part conformity as per work instructions and maintain accurate records of dimensions.
- Set up recurring production components on 3, 4, and 5-axis machine centers.
- Monitor and fine-tune cutting tools, replacing worn tools and adjusting tool offsets as necessary.
- Set up and validate new or existing CNC programs, reviewing them in CAD systems when applicable.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of machining experience.
- Strong understanding of shop mathematics, including Trigonometry and calculations related to metal removal and surface speed.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and applying GD&T principles.
- Experience with probing and variable assignments is advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge of G and M codes for CNC machinery.
