RSG Forest Products is seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems.

• Electrical System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment, including motors, control panels, and electrical distribution systems.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical system issues, including faults and malfunctions.
• Compliance: Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with relevant codes and regulations, including the National Electric Code.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly and safely.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance electrical system efficiency and safety.

• Education and Experience: Oregon Limited Manufacturing Plant Journeyman Electrician license required; 3-5 years of industrial electrical experience with an emphasis on troubleshooting motor control circuits.
• Skills and Knowledge: Solid background in 480 Volt three-phase, single-phase, and DC systems; working knowledge of the National Electric Code; experience with Allen Bradley Motor Control Centers and PLCs highly desirable.
• Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
