POSITION SUMMARY
BeCore is seeking an Event Operations Specialist (EOS) to deliver engaging, impactful, and locally relevant event experiences for a leading beverage brand. The ideal candidate will operate at both strategic and tactical levels, supporting annual business objectives and regional brand goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGIC PLANNING
• Leverage your knowledge of local sports, music, art, and gaming cultures to formulate a strategic plan for vehicle deployment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain an integrated network across various departments.
• Oversee the utilization of the event vehicle, ensuring optimal deployment in target markets and demographics.
• Maintain daily communication with regional and national stakeholders to ensure alignment on event vehicle strategies and best practices.

EVENT ACTIVATION MANAGEMENT
• Coordinate the event vehicle activation schedule based on regional strategic priorities and consumer focus.
• Manage and execute comprehensive logistics for the operation of the event vehicle, including driving, staging, setup/teardown, product procurement, entertainment, and operation of onboard equipment.
• Act as a public-facing brand ambassador, addressing consumer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide event organizers with insights on vehicle capabilities and suggest innovative ideas for event support.
• Secure necessary permits as required.

VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
• Oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance to ensure reliability and operational safety, including regular servicing and upkeep.
• Maintain cleanliness (both interior and exterior) to uphold brand image at all times.
• Conduct regular checks on the onboard entertainment system to ensure the longevity of client-owned assets.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
• Organize and present regional program plans for review and discussion.
• Develop event recaps for regional and national stakeholders.
• Maintain a network of mechanics, equipment specialists, artists, DJs, etc.
• Manage monthly and annual activation budgets, ensuring timely expense reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in events, hospitality, marketing, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• A strong interest in sports, gaming, and cultural marketing.
• Confident, enthusiastic, resourceful, tech-savvy, forward-thinking, self-motivated, and a creative problem solver.
• High level of organization with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to fluid situations with a proactive and reactive approach.
• A personal brand that embodies integrity and professionalism.
• Collaborative skills with an interest in building relationships within a marketing organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with business communication platforms.
