For part-time positions, we provide benefits such as a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching. AEG values its workforce, offering one hour of paid time off for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute Banquet Event Orders effectively
  • Serve a minimum of 8 entrees per tray with precision
  • Deliver high-quality food and beverage service to patrons
  • Oversee food and beverage stations to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Prepare and dismantle event spaces as required
  • Work autonomously during less busy periods

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods and lift heavy items
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in event or banquet service
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
