Role Overview:
The Facilities Team plays a crucial role in maintaining an exceptional office environment and enhancing workplace culture. We emphasize efficiency, curiosity, and reliability, striving to exceed expectations and serve as a trusted resource for all employees. We are looking for a skilled Office Operations Specialist to ensure a conducive working atmosphere within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative and operational support to the office.
2. Conduct minor scheduled and reactive maintenance on office equipment and appliances.
3. Lift up to 60 pounds regularly as part of job duties.
4. Perform morning and afternoon rounds to maintain cleanliness in communal areas.
5. Manage inventory and restock office and kitchen supplies.
6. Organize and oversee storage area usage.
7. Collaborate with IT for new hire desk setups.
8. Assist with internal events, including furniture movement and event setup/breakdown.

Collaboration and Support:
1. Work alongside the Property Management team to address workspace concerns.
2. Respond to employee requests and inquiries.
3. Support shipping and receiving of packages and mail.
4. Drive the hospitality facilities program.
5. Provide logistical support for onsite events and assist with scheduling.
6. Maintain the Gathering Room and Event Kitchen, ensuring they are well-kept.
7. Oversee amenity meeting spaces.
8. Embody and promote the company's vision and values through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in Office Administration or Customer Service preferred.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Capability to take direction and work independently on assigned tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management and prioritization abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
- Familiarity with Envoy, Slack, and Zendesk is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a quick aptitude for new systems and software.
