Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all established health and sanitation protocols.
  • Demonstrate skill in food presentation for catered events.
  • Assist in the development of seasonal, café, and catering menus.
  • Ensure compliance with Health Code standards for all products.
  • Manage proper rotation, labeling, and dating of all food items.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work environment.
  • Communicate inventory needs to management effectively.
  • Coordinate timely and accurate cooking of orders.
  • Support the restocking of food items and paper supplies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members in various roles as required.
  • Execute all opening and closing procedures as outlined in the Employee Training Manual.
  • Be adaptable to work across multiple stations during shifts.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in food preparation within a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and attentive listening abilities.
  • Capability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work independently.
  • Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to safety policies and regulations.
  • Punctuality in accordance with attendance policies.
  • Flexibility in work assignments is essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills at all times.
  • MAST certification required.
  • Food Handler's permit required.
