Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Event Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research relevant Events and Trade Shows within the designated region.
  • Negotiate agreements with event service providers.
  • Develop and maintain an annual schedule of Events and Trade Shows.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train Event Representatives.
  • Organize and manage the scheduling of Representatives for event participation.
  • Oversee the setup and dismantling of booths and displays.
  • Facilitate appointments for complimentary in-home consultations during events.
  • Gather and manage contest entries.
  • Conduct follow-ups on contest entries and arrange consultations.
  • Analyze and report on event outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Friendly and engaging demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Capability to mentor, train, and inspire team members.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced work environment.

Compensation
