Luminary Group LLC, a premier consulting firm in the healthcare sector, is in search of a forward-thinking and seasoned Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, specializing in Real-World Evidence (RWE) within the Oncology domain.

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead and implement the strategic vision for our client's RWE projects, working closely with interdisciplinary teams and essential stakeholders to develop groundbreaking solutions that enhance patient outcomes in Oncology.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute the comprehensive strategic plan for the organization's RWE projects in Oncology.
  • Engage with interdisciplinary teams, including medical, commercial, and technological sectors, to synchronize RWE strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Identify and assess potential strategic alliances, partnerships, and acquisitions to bolster the company's RWE capabilities.
  • Remain informed on the latest developments and trends in Oncology and RWE, offering thought leadership and direction to the organization.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to uncover new opportunities and evaluate market conditions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, academic institutions, and regulatory agencies, to gather insights and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Work alongside sales and marketing teams to devise go-to-market strategies and enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage relationships with influential opinion leaders and cultivate partnerships with industry experts to promote market awareness and thought leadership.
  • Provide regular updates to the executive leadership and board regarding the progress and impact of RWE initiatives.
  • Lead a high-performing team, nurturing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, or a related discipline; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning or consulting, with a concentration on Real-World Evidence (RWE) in Oncology.
  • Demonstrated success in formulating and executing strategic initiatives within the healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oncology and the challenges and opportunities associated with leveraging RWE for enhanced patient outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to utilize data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to forge strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing competing priorities.
  • Experience with real-world data sources and familiarity with data collection, analysis, and interpretation methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and participate in industry events.
