Vice President of Operations

Location: Flexible

International Search Consultants is seeking a Vice President of Operations for a dynamic and expanding Wealth Management organization. This role is essential for overseeing the operational framework of the firm.

As the Vice President of Operations, you will be instrumental in steering the firm's strategic vision and operational execution, contributing significantly to the executive leadership team's initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering growth through operational excellence and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and execute the firm’s strategic objectives.
  • Direct operational planning and implementation to guarantee efficiency, quality, and resource management.
  • Enhance internal processes and workflows to boost overall organizational performance.
  • Lead and mentor the Client Service and Investment Operations teams.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and strategic partnerships aligned with the firm’s goals.
  • Formulate and enforce policies to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Act as a primary liaison among departments, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a high-performing team, encouraging professional development.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives for all Client Service Workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success as a Vice President of Operations or in a comparable senior leadership position within the financial services sector, particularly in Wealth Management.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and execution, driving business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance obligations.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
