The Vice President of Operations will oversee the daily operational activities of the organization, ensuring that efficient and effective processes are established to enhance performance and meet strategic objectives.

This role involves close collaboration with the CEO and other senior leaders to formulate and execute strategies that promote productivity, operational excellence, and overall company advancement.

A key focus will be on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), software licensing, and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:
Direct and manage the operational aspects of the organization, including customer service, human resources, and administrative functions.
Formulate and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all non-technical divisions.

Strategic Development:
Partner with the CEO and executive team to create and execute Mindshow's strategic vision.
Identify avenues for growth and enhancement, and spearhead initiatives to achieve business goals.

Financial Oversight & FP&A:
Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support informed business decisions.
Evaluate financial performance and provide strategic insights to enhance profitability.

Software Licensing & Pricing Strategy:
Devise and implement software licensing strategies to optimize revenue generation.
Lead the development of pricing strategies, including competitive analysis and market positioning.
Ensure adherence to licensing agreements and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

Team Leadership:
Build, guide, and mentor a high-performing operational team.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture that encourages employee engagement and professional growth.

Performance Evaluation:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance operational performance.
Regularly report on operational metrics to the CEO and board of directors.

Risk Assessment:
Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as a Vice President of Operations or in a comparable senior operational role within a software or technology organization.
Strong comprehension of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, and sales.
Proven experience in strategic planning and business development.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience in scaling operations in a high-growth environment is highly desirable.
Expertise in FP&A, software licensing, and pricing strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred).
