Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development efforts across high-profile accounts within the IPG360 portfolio.
  • Oversee daily business development operations, including outreach, meetings, and presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to contract finalization for significant partnerships.
  • Facilitate communication with key accounts, developing action plans and tracking progress on key initiatives.
  • Supervise IPG360 team members to foster new business opportunities and ensure timely execution of sales activities.
  • Maintain and update business development pipelines using IPG360's CRM system.
  • Organize and lead weekly client meetings, ensuring agendas are set and deliverables are tracked.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and engage potential prospects.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on account status and emerging business opportunities.
  • Engage in additional activities as directed to support overall business objectives.
  • This role may involve travel as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or partnership sales, ideally within the sports or entertainment sectors.
  • A robust network of domestic and international brand contacts.
  • Expertise in executing strategic sales initiatives and consultative selling.
  • Proven success in sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing substantial long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to innovate and develop new partnership opportunities and platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of managing client relationships effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, and other relevant sales tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
