IPG360 is seeking a Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead our dynamic business development initiatives.
This pivotal role will focus on driving business growth and consulting efforts with prestigious clients, emphasizing strategic and sustainable partnership sales, as well as managing external projects and client relationships while providing internal leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong history in partnership sales, a keen business insight, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a solution-oriented approach. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and embraces innovative thinking.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage both internal and external projects while effectively communicating with partners and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities- Lead business development efforts across prestigious accounts within IPG360's portfolio.
- Oversee daily business development activities, including arranging in-person and virtual meetings, strategic outreach, and proposal development.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to contract finalization for high-value partnerships.
- Facilitate communication with key accounts, ensuring effective account management and action plan execution.
- Supervise project management activities, including account management and consulting, to drive new business initiatives.
- Maintain and track business development pipelines using Salesforce CRM.
- Organize and lead weekly client meetings, ensuring agendas and deliverables are clearly defined.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Studio to identify key prospects and enhance our contact database.
- Provide ongoing reports to leadership regarding assigned accounts and business opportunities.
- Travel may be required for this role.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous but not essential.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or partnership sales, preferably within the sports or entertainment sectors.
- A robust network of domestic and global brand contacts is essential.
- Proven expertise in executing strategic sales programs and negotiating long-term partnerships.
- Ability to innovate and create new partnership opportunities as part of the sales strategy.
- Capable of independently managing the entire prospecting and negotiation process.
- Demonstrated success in project and client management, with confidence in C-level engagements.
- A strong commitment to client service and accountability.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), iOS Creative (Keynote, Pages), Salesforce CRM, and other sales prospecting tools.
