ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Client Relations Specialist for Rachel Freeny - State Farm Agent, you play a crucial role in our daily operations and the success of our clients. You will enhance our agency's growth through meaningful interactions with clients and by serving as a bridge between customer needs and our agency's various departments. Your efforts will improve the lives of our clients by proactively promoting relevant products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing issues.
- Foster successful and enduring customer relationships.
- Preferred experience in sales, whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing.
- Experience in managing client relationships is a plus.
- Interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Commitment to customer service excellence.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to relate well to customers.
- Hourly wage plus commission and bonuses.
