Territory: Southern Alabama, Florida Panhandle. Candidates must reside within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively present and market company products and services to both new and existing agents and brokers.
- Identify and reach out to potential agents and brokers.
- Achieve established sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Schedule follow-up meetings to keep clients informed about the latest offerings, services, and technological advancements.
- Develop sales materials for presentations to agents and brokers.
- Participate in real estate association events and network within your territory.
- Conduct daily travel within the territory four days a week, with one day allocated for remote work.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, ideally within the home warranty or real estate sectors.
- Intermediate proficiency with technology, including laptops, tablets, and smart devices. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) is required.
- Strong ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Financial literacy, with the capability to interpret forecasts and financial reports.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma.
- Associate Degree (Preferred).
Compensation:
- The first-year salary includes a commission guarantee, with the potential for higher earnings based on performance. The baseline salary with a commission guarantee ranges from $80,000 to $88,000, depending on experience.
