Position Summary: As a Territory Sales Executive focused on alternate healthcare sites, you will oversee and expand Cepheid's business within non-acute healthcare markets. This role involves engaging with both existing and potential clients to introduce advanced diagnostic solutions and implement GeneXpert Systems along with a diverse range of diagnostic tests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare facilities to identify promising leads, enhance market presence, and boost revenue.
  • Promote the adoption of innovative assays and instruments to achieve sales objectives on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Collaborate with distributor sales teams to advocate for Cepheid products and testing solutions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to streamline customer interactions and track account activities effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in healthcare, particularly in laboratory diagnostics, or a Master’s degree with at least 3 years of similar experience.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, particularly with high-value products.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays within the designated sales territory.

Preferred Experience:

  • Expertise in generating demand for innovative technologies.
  • Experience in engaging multiple stakeholders within alternate-site markets.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $105,000, with eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.
