Position SummaryAs the Regional Operations Director, you will be tasked with establishing objectives for your region while ensuring that unit directors align with corporate, regional, and financial targets. Your role will encompass overseeing the overall operations, growth, and profitability of the designated area.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and manage operations for assigned accounts to support Key Performance Indicators.
- Provide clear direction for the team, establishing priorities and strategies.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maximize income from existing accounts.
- Support the creation and execution of clinical and patient service programs that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in the sales process to acquire new business opportunities.
- Monitor financial reports to ensure compliance with budgetary goals.
- Foster and develop an effective management and clinical team to achieve corporate objectives.
- Maintain client satisfaction and retention through regular communication.
- Address and resolve elevated client, patient, and employee-related concerns.
- Collaborate with legal and human resources to manage various procedures.
- Conduct annual and semi-annual performance evaluations.
- Complete all required reports in a timely manner as per corporate guidelines.
- Exhibit ownership attributes that promote high levels of customer service.
- Participate in patient visitation rounds to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Train and motivate management personnel to enhance morale and resource efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team of six or more managers.
- Minimum of two years' experience in multi-unit foodservice management.
- Strong track record in driving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, P&L driven environment.
- Proven skills in mentoring and developing team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
