Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance by positioning Condeco as the premier provider of workspace solutions.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline through insightful consultative meetings to uncover their unique needs.
  • Explore growth opportunities within existing client relationships while strategically planning for new business development.
  • Engage with decision-makers at various organizational levels to facilitate sales processes.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of approximately 50 clients across multiple sectors.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
  • Stay informed about all product updates, pricing structures, and contractual terms.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales Development Team, Customer Success, and other relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the SaaS/Application domain.
  • Proven track record in managing and closing enterprise-level sales utilizing solution and value-based selling techniques.
  • Experience engaging with C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with strong communication abilities.
  • Ability to establish credibility and trust with clients to foster lasting relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic approach to sales.
  • A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
