The Senior Enterprise Sales Executive is a driven and ambitious professional focused on acquiring new business within the Enterprise sector (2.5bn+). This role is pivotal in generating revenue growth through new client acquisition and nurturing robust relationships with channel partners to broaden our customer reach. As a key member of the sales team, you will support fellow representatives by sharing effective strategies, guiding them through the sales process, and exemplifying best practices while continuously building, advancing, and closing the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously identify and engage potential clients, aligning their cybersecurity requirements with Recorded Future's offerings.
  • Remain updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market changes to effectively position Recorded Future's solutions in new customer segments.
  • Build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting, networking with channel partners, and utilizing market insights.
  • Lead new business acquisition efforts, managing the sales cycle from territory planning to contract negotiations and closing deals with new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive solution demonstrations for key stakeholders, including executives, and prepare persuasive sales proposals that highlight the value of Recorded Future's solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to successfully secure deals with new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Sales and Operational Expertise: Proficient in territory planning with a deep understanding of the enterprise market. Skilled in identifying and engaging new business opportunities while building relationships with prospective clients.
  • Effective Communication and Discovery: Expert in articulating solutions through value-based selling and active listening, employing insightful questioning to thoroughly understand client needs. Strong internal and external communication skills demonstrating solution-oriented guidance.
  • Strategic Execution: Capable of accessing decision-makers within prospective organizations, cultivating champions, and utilizing advanced sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Value-Based Selling in complex sales environments.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proficient in negotiation and positioning for new business acquisition, focusing on deal control, clear expectations, and successful closures.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including insights into key competitors and market trends, aligning solutions with client business strategies.
  • Objection Management: Skilled in addressing objections and transforming challenges into opportunities, refining solution presentations and advancing deals.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $130,000 to $175,000, determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is influenced by state, work location, and various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education. This position may also offer incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
