The Enterprise Sales Executive is a driven and results-oriented professional focused on acquiring new business within the Enterprise sector (2.5bn+). This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and nurturing robust relationships with channel partners to broaden our customer reach. As a senior member of the sales team, you will support fellow representatives by sharing best practices, guiding them through the sales process, and exemplifying excellence while continuously creating, advancing, and closing the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities of the Enterprise Sales Executive:

  • Continuously identify and engage potential clients, aligning their cybersecurity requirements with Recorded Future's offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market changes to effectively position Recorded Future's solutions in new customer sectors.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking with channel partners, and utilizing market insights.
  • Lead new business acquisition efforts, managing the sales cycle from territory planning to contract negotiations and closing deals with new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive solution demonstrations for key stakeholders, including executives, and prepare persuasive sales proposals that highlight the value of Recorded Future's solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to successfully finalize deals with new clients.

Qualifications for the Enterprise Sales Executive:

  • Sales and Operational Expertise: Proficient in territory planning with a deep understanding of the enterprise market. Skilled in identifying and engaging new business opportunities and establishing relationships with prospective clients.
  • Effective Communication and Discovery: Expert in articulating solutions through value selling and active listening, employing insightful questioning to thoroughly understand client needs. Proficient in both internal and external communications, demonstrating solution-oriented guidance.
  • Strategic Execution and Coordination: Experienced in accessing decision-makers within prospect organizations, building advocates, and utilizing advanced sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Value-Based Selling while navigating complex sales landscapes.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Strong in negotiation tactics and positioning for new business acquisition, with a focus on deal management, clear expectations, and achieving successful closures.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including awareness of key competitors and market trends, aligning solutions with client business strategies.
  • Objection Management: Skilled at addressing objections and turning challenges into opportunities, using them to refine solution presentations and advance sales.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$175,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K.
