The Program Manager role involves overseeing all contractor work throughout the project's life cycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact with the government for all contract-related matters.
  • Manage work schedules and activities carried out by contract employees.
  • Supervise program support activities for multiple projects and employees across various locations.
  • Ensure timely submission of all contract deliverables in compliance with requirements.
  • Organize, coordinate, and oversee all contractor activities to meet performance, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Review work for technical accuracy, alignment with customer needs, and compliance with standards.
  • Deliver timesheet training to new employees and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Attend company meetings, briefs, and audits as needed.
  • Maintain Quality Management efforts in line with company policies.
  • Complete required training and employee evaluations.
  • Update timesheets daily following company procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience or advanced degree in project management or business administration.
  • Secret clearance with ability to maintain throughout contract lifecycle.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to attend all in-person customer meetings as needed.
  • Experience with government contract and procurement procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of integrity, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 20%.
