RESPONSABILIDADES DIARIAS:
El candidato seleccionado será responsable de liderar múltiples iniciativas de TI, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos del proyecto de manera efectiva.
Tareas Generales:
- Colaborar en la elaboración de requisitos empresariales;
- Desarrollar un plan de proyecto y asegurar su ejecución;
- Gestionar riesgos y problemas asociados al proyecto;
- Asegurar la finalización de entregables y actividades con altos estándares de calidad y dentro de los plazos establecidos;
- Informar sobre el estado del proyecto y las estrategias de manera oral y escrita;
- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según se requiera.
El Program Manager interactuará con el personal, otros miembros del equipo, diferentes niveles de gestión y organizaciones internas y externas, incluyendo proveedores que realicen trabajos subcontratados, para compilar y gestionar la información necesaria para los planes de proyecto, planes de portafolio/programa, métricas, informes y documentación de gestión de proyectos.
Habilidades y Experiencia Deseadas:
- Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión de proyectos como SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Word, Access y Excel;
- Conocimientos en gestión de riesgos, incluyendo identificación de desencadenantes y manejo de riesgos en las tareas del plan del proyecto;
- Capacidad para crear y documentar documentos y artefactos clave de gestión de proyectos;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (escrita y oral);
- Capacidad de escucha efectiva;
- Disposición y habilidad para interactuar con personas y organizaciones, logrando que individuos con intereses diversos colaboren;
- Experiencia en proyectos de TI relacionados con Medicaid o sistemas de reclamaciones de salud es preferible, pero no obligatorio;
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos de alta prioridad simultáneamente.
HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS (ORDEN DE IMPORTANCIA):
- Habilidades de gestión de proyectos;
- Habilidades interpersonales;
- Fondo sólido en gestión de proyectos en un entorno de tecnología de información de seguros de salud;
- Experiencia en planificación de proyectos, incluyendo estimación de esfuerzos en tareas técnicas y asignación de recursos;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral, incluyendo la capacidad de realizar presentaciones ante la alta dirección;
- Disposición y habilidad para interactuar continuamente con personas y organizaciones.
HABILIDADES PREFERIDAS (ORDEN DE IMPORTANCIA):
- Conocimientos en Medicaid o Sistemas de Entrega de Salud;
- Certificación de Profesional en Gestión de Proyectos (PMP).
