Compensation: Annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Program Supervisor for MST will oversee daily operations and ensure the performance of their designated program(s). Success will be evaluated based on three primary metrics: financial performance, staff retention and engagement, and program quality outcomes. The Program Supervisor is expected to exemplify the principles of effective leadership.
- Provide proactive coaching and constructive feedback to foster the professional development of team members.
- Establish program objectives, define roles, manage caseloads, and prioritize tasks for a team of four direct reports.
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels to meet program requirements.
- Recruit, interview, and select high-caliber talent for program staff.
- Conduct thorough assessments of team members' performance with well-documented evaluations.
- Address performance issues proactively and replace team members who do not meet expectations.
- Create a collaborative and trusting environment that values teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with the agency's Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process to meet program data and outcome goals.
- Maintain adherence to internal and external standards regarding documentation and services provided.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for the program's needs.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, positivity, and teamwork across the organization.
- Address any client, parent, or guardian complaints or concerns effectively.
- Complete necessary assessments and documentation as required by MST or RBHS guidelines.
- Ensure the fidelity of the MST model is upheld by the team.
- Manage team performance in relation to people, finances, and quality outcomes, contributing to overall program success.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field with appropriate licensure (e.g., licensed psychologist, LISW-CP, LPC, LMFT, or LAC).
- Active licensure in South Carolina.
- A minimum of three years of experience as a high-performing individual contributor in a relevant field.
- Experience in leadership or management roles, including project management, coordination, or training.
- A valid Driver's License and compliance with all credentialing and licensing standards applicable to the program.
- Demonstrated potential for growth and development as a leader.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
