Participants in our in-store Leadership Growth Program will commence their journey as team members, acquiring essential operational skills required for the role.
At the heart of our establishment is the principle of development, and those in the Leadership Growth Program will follow a structured path for advancement, accompanied by heightened expectations.
Program members will engage in all developmental roles within our store, with promotions contingent upon the successful completion of development checklists.
This program is open-ended, with no guaranteed advancement to a specific level; however, there is a minimum requirement of six months to progress to the Shift Leader position, which serves as our entry-level leadership role.
Compensation Structure:
- Team Member: $14-$16/hr
- Supervisor - Leadership Level: $15-$18/hr, responsible for managing shifts
- Manager - Leadership Level: $17-$20/hr, oversees restaurant operations
- Director - Executive Leadership Level: $21+/hr, manages overall business
Key Qualifications:
- Flexibility and availability to work various shifts
- Strong communication abilities
- Capability to lead and delegate effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Commitment to completing a minimum six-month development program
- Physical demands may include prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other related tasks
