Job Overview

UDR Consulting, Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Performance Assurance Program Manager. This position plays a critical role in supporting various assurance programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating effective communication and coordination between contractor resources and the program management team.
  • Overseeing project activities and directing contractor efforts to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Providing regular updates on project focus areas and progress to management.
  • Collaborating with management to identify and prioritize areas requiring contractor attention.
  • Ensuring the ongoing effectiveness and development of the assurance program.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (two years of experience for one year of education).
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • At least 10 years of experience in regulated environments such as commercial nuclear, DOE, or DOD.
  • A minimum of five years of demonstrated managerial experience in contractor assurance or related functions.

Security and Access Requirements

For on-site responsibilities, general site access badging is necessary. Additional clearance requirements will be communicated as needed.


Work Schedule

This position operates on a 4 x 10 schedule, with a standard workday consisting of ten hours. The work hours are between 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM, including a designated unpaid lunch period.
