Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes extensive knowledge of project management principles to oversee assignments and related tasks.
  • Acts as a proficient project manager, handling various project types from initiation to completion while adhering to quality standards.
  • Independently resolves engineering challenges and represents the department in discussions to address significant issues.
  • Leads project teams, coordinating activities among project managers and engineers across disciplines.

  • Participates in and leads cross-functional teams focused on improving program/project outcomes involving complex challenges.
  • Engages with internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and interactions effectively.

  • Contributes to the development of innovative concepts and standards within the organization.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills to facilitate project progress and milestones.
  • Takes proactive measures to achieve objectives and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Due to contract requirements, U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
