Position Overview

This opportunity is tailored for ambitious, results-oriented individuals eager to gain leadership experience and advance within our organization.


Participants in our in-store Leadership Growth Initiative will commence their journey as team members, immersing themselves in all operational aspects of the team member role.


At the heart of our establishment is the principle of growth. Participants in this program will follow a structured development path similar to all team members, but with enhanced guidance and higher expectations.


As part of the Leadership Development Path, individuals will be expected to navigate through various developmental roles within our establishment. Advancement is contingent upon the successful completion of designated development checklists.


This program is designed to be open-ended, with no specific guarantees for advancement to any particular level. However, there is a minimum requirement of six months to progress to the Shift Leader position, which serves as our entry-level leadership role.


Compensation:
Team Member: $14-$16
Supervisor - Leadership Level: $15-$18/hr
Manager - Leadership Level: $17-$20/hr
Director - Executive Leadership Level: $21+/hr

Qualifications:
  • Flexibility and open availability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to lead and delegate effectively
  • Able to thrive in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive demeanor
  • Willingness to commit to a minimum six-month development program
  • Physical requirements may include: prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and stooping.
