Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Approximately 10 years of professional experience, with a focus on project management for at least 3-5 years.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in pharmaceuticals, is highly advantageous due to familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
- Proficient in ERP systems, with a preference for production ERP and SAP.
- Knowledge of serialization processes (GTIN, NDC, SSCC, etc.) is essential.
- Technical experience with software, XML, and EDI is beneficial.
- Proven ability to manage customer issues, mobilize resources, and drive continuous improvement.
Role Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will oversee the tracking of compliance issues and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing processes to minimize the recurrence of errors. This role involves designing the Issue Resolution framework by collaborating with all relevant departments impacting compliance. The Project Manager will also engage with HTI customers to ensure satisfaction with compliance efforts and to facilitate joint assessments for improving data integrity.
- Monitor and manage customer compliance scorecards and issue tracking systems.
- Develop and refine processes for the prompt resolution of issues, ensuring that unresolved compliance matters are addressed within a specified timeframe.
- Prepare and present weekly compliance reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various business units to investigate and rectify reported issues.
- Analyze data flows and identify projects aimed at addressing areas of concern.
- Implement complex project tasks across multiple initiatives and customer accounts.
- Engage with customers to troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues.
- Work alongside the onboarding team and technical staff to mitigate repeat errors or technological challenges.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify issues and brainstorm process enhancements.
- Review and update standard operating procedures to reflect changes for improved compliance.
- Assess training needs and conduct regular training sessions for users involved in compliance data management.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives related to shipments and identify projects to reduce errors.
- Lead cross-functional meetings focused on compliance issue resolution and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with IT resources on integration with serialization, EDI, and other technological systems.
