Excellent listening and communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to problem-solve effectively. The role also requires the capacity to travel, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Store Planning, you will contribute to the strategic vision and evolution of boutique network growth of the Maison, as well as research and implement new areas of potential business for Van Cleef & Arpels in the Americas. You will partner with the Senior Vice President, Retail, the Store Planning team and the Retail Operations and Performance teams to identify new business opportunities for the Maison.

In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate and understand the boutique footprint in its environment by reviewing competition, profitability, and real estate development.
  • Gather market intelligence to provide feedback and recommendations to leadership to confirm market potential.
  • Support identification and review of possible new market locations, identifying "best in class" locations.
  • Assist in building investment requests for HQ partnerships.
  • Develop market analysis and summarize competitors' business trends.
  • Forecast sales and identify necessary resources, including headcount and construction CAPEX.
  • Partner with Finance to work on P&L scenarios, collecting data from various departments and stakeholders.
  • Support in creating management presentations to address strategic objectives, summarize findings, and make recommendations for boutique network development.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of retail lease information, construction timelines, and approval processes.
  • Partner with Store Planning, Real Estate, Retail Performance, and Finance in evaluating P&L feasibility and organizing the project pipeline.
