The Bluebird Group is seeking a talented Retail Account Manager to join our team in Downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Retail Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving successful business partnerships and inventory management strategies between Target and our vendor partners.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000 - $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. About the Role:

In this role, you will work closely with vendors' operations teams and Target's merchandise planning teams to build strong relationships and drive business growth. You will analyze data to identify issues and make recommendations, and facilitate and analyze forecasts to optimize the business for both the vendor and Target.

Your key responsibilities will include driving supply chain initiatives to improve on-time/right quantity delivery to Target, monitoring in-stock needs, and providing a proactive strategy to solve stock problems. You will also create and maintain new items in Target's system, provide vendors with weekly sell-through analytics and other information to help optimize the business, and ensure that internal accounting systems are up-to-date with accurate shipping and invoicing information for cash flow purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
