Executive Account Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Account Manager to drive our sales strategy forward. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer business priorities and effectively communicate how our CAE solutions align with and address those priorities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Foster inclusion and collaboration to contribute to customers' digital transformation and drive top and bottom-line growth
- Meet revenue expectations through proactive sales initiatives and account management
- Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements
**Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly base salary: €70
- Guaranteed variable bonus: €30 per month (during training & ramp-up period)
- Accelerator bonus potential
- Uncapped earnings opportunity
- Paid on successful contract renewals
- Estimated first-year earnings: €150 per month
