Strategic Client Partner

Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience in managing customer relationships and stakeholders at the executive level.
- Ownership of business development initiatives and P&L responsibilities.
- Engagement with associates and fostering talent development.
- Identify client requirements and uncover new business prospects to enhance value delivery.
- Lead strategic account planning and identify growth opportunities within the account.
- Possess domain expertise, technical knowledge, and program management skills.
- Establish and position oneself as a thought leader within the industry.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the client organization to drive revenue and create new opportunities in Domain Solutions and Digital Technologies such as Cloud, IoT, Analytics, AI, and Cognitive solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews of service delivery to mitigate cost and schedule overruns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer escalations effectively while maintaining strong customer relationship management, including driving improvements in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of the Retail domain.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Solid grasp of Cloud, Big Data, and Digital technologies.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Account Management, including onsite roles, with a proven track record of managing relationships at the CXO level, including steering committees and executive meetings.
