POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven, collaborative individual with a robust background and a high level of intellectual curiosity, capable of:
Achieving and surpassing revenue targets for designated service lines while fulfilling established strategic goals for specific client accounts. You will nurture and expand relationships with clients to assist them in advancing their initiatives. You will engage cross-functionally with stakeholders and negotiate with clients to propel projects forward by leveraging our offerings.

Proficient in selling:

Comprehensive IT Application Management Services, Cloud migration operations, IT cybersecurity solutions, ERP systems, IT application development, and management.

Identifying leads, mapping stakeholders, and reaching out to surface pertinent client interests and opportunities. Assessing where our services can best align with clients' objectives; negotiating with accounts to advance projects. Securing and overseeing the execution of contracts with assigned client accounts. Cultivating relationships with executives at partner organizations, enabling the identification, development, and support of additional value-creation opportunities. Formulating contract structures and innovative approaches to address a customer's known challenges.

Employing a sophisticated enterprise sales strategy to comprehend influencers, approvers, and decision-makers across the client's business landscape and motivating them to act decisively.

Collaborating closely with the Account Team (Business Development, Alliance Management, Operations) to ensure effective communication and coordination when projects span client stakeholder groups and/or our service portfolio.

Partnering with Management and Operations to oversee existing business and pinpoint new opportunities for account expansion. Monitoring progress against defined strategic objectives and revenue targets; regularly reviewing progress and challenges with the broader Account Team and Leadership.

Contributing to the development of service portfolios by providing feedback to Leadership regarding client responses and suggestions; maintaining a solution-oriented approach.

Staying updated on industry trends, domain environments, emerging developments, and client priorities.

Key Requirements/Qualifications:

Relevant experience in Business Development and Sales with IT Outsourcing (ITO) engagements. An entrepreneurial sales mindset that thrives in a high-growth, rapidly changing business environment.

A proactive approach that connects ideas to actionable solutions and can facilitate swift problem-solving among both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong relationships with stakeholders. Proven ability to navigate complex client organizations with consistent success. Capability to establish strategies and tactics that are ambitious yet achievable. Inspires others with a positive and energetic approach to work and life; derives motivation from solving challenging problems. Exceptional account management skills, clarity in articulating issues, and an ability to navigate a diverse range of stakeholders to resolve challenges. Manage accountability against measurable revenue and profit growth. Identifying and cultivating partnerships and leveraging existing alliances for growth. A proven history of creating and maintaining overall client satisfaction and fostering continuous growth and evolution of clients. Driving successful delivery of work products and nurturing strong client relationships. Executive engagement, managing client expectations, reinforcing value, and developing strategic engagement strategies that foster relationship building at the executive level.

Providing leadership and direction to clients and teams, fully utilizing all direct and indirect resources to ensure optimal productivity, service, communication, and quality.

Effectively managing all aspects of the client relationship, including contracts, pricing, profitability, and internal revenue and profit forecasting. Collaborating closely with sales teams to develop proposal and presentation content and strategy. Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to proactively offer fit-for-purpose solutions and innovations.
