About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partner Development Manager, Business Solutions to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our AWS alliance team, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering our joint go-to-market strategy with Business Application technology partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Development Plans: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for revenue growth and innovation with our Business Application technology partners.
  • Remove Key Blockers and Develop Solutions: Work closely with service teams, legal, and support to identify and remove key blockers and develop solutions that help our partners grow and scale their businesses.
  • Collaborate with Multiple Teams: Work with AWS Partner Network, AWS Solution Architect teams, AWS Sales, and Business Development teams to define and execute AWS Marketplace listings, joint technology integration, marketing, and business development initiatives.
  • Set and Manage Revenue Targets: Collaborate with your team, each partner, and AWS sales organizations to achieve/exceed revenue goals.
  • Engage with Partner Field Sales Organizations: Create and drive co-sell revenue with partner field sales organizations, channels, and AWS Marketplace field enablement team.
Basic Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • 6+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • 6+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Qualifications

We are also looking for someone with:

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
