The Role

We are on the lookout for a Head of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead and implement innovative sales strategies aimed at propelling business growth, enhancing market visibility, and aggressively pursuing revenue opportunities across our diverse portfolio.

Your role will involve identifying and nurturing robust relationships with prospective clients, partners, and high-level executives to uncover new business avenues and stimulate sales growth within enterprise and mid-sized organizations.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Business Development, the ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in business development, strategic planning, and relationship management, complemented by a proven history of success in driving business growth and meeting revenue goals.

Responsibilities
• Formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies and initiatives to meet revenue objectives and business goals.
• Discover new business prospects, market trends, and industry shifts to guide business development priorities and strategies.
• Foster and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to stimulate business growth and broaden market reach.

• Oversee the formulation and implementation of sales strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and proposal crafting, to secure new business.

• Lead client engagement sessions, including exploratory discussions, product showcases, and proposal presentations.
• Negotiate and finalize business contracts, agreements, and partnerships to drive revenue growth and fulfill business objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and operations, to synchronize business development efforts with overarching business aims.

• Monitor and assess business development activities, pipeline progression, and sales performance metrics to gauge effectiveness and promote continuous enhancement.
• Provide consistent updates and reports to senior management regarding business development initiatives, progress, and results.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to refine business development strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience (8+ years) in business development, sales, or related fields, with a successful track record in driving revenue growth and business expansion.

• Strong grasp of business development principles, strategies, and best practices, with experience in B2B sales and relationship management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Strategic mindset with the capability to identify market opportunities, devise sales strategies, and foster business growth.
• Proficient negotiation skills and experience in closing deals and formalizing business agreements.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market data, trends, and performance metrics to guide decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Customer-centric approach with a commitment to understanding client needs and delivering value-added solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to oversee sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting.
