The Strategic Partnerships division operates within the Enterprise Sales Team, focusing on the strategic direction, acquisition, management, and expansion of partnerships with leading restaurant groups globally. Given the scale and intricacy of our primary partners, this team plays a vital role in driving growth and success across all markets.
About the Role

As a Strategic Partnerships Associate Manager, you will oversee daily relationships, manage projects, implement operational strategies, and maintain client working team relationships with some of our most significant restaurant partners. In this capacity, you will develop and manage a substantial portion of the operational and profitability strategy for one or more of our key partners, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, advertising, legal, analytics, and product to propel our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the operational health of partnerships, optimizing costs and profitability while enhancing the customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and act as a team lead with partners, management, operations, product, and support teams.
  • Drive analytics and processes related to growth, operational enhancements, and refund management.
  • Play a crucial role in executing the off-premise strategy for one or more of our largest partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all client needs and issues across multiple workstreams.
  • Analyze data and leverage insights to construct business cases and advocate for the adoption of our recommendations.
  • Facilitate meetings and business reviews with clients and internal leadership.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in management or operations consulting, business strategy/analytics, business operations, or other analytically-driven, client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise innovative solutions.
  • Adept at both high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and presentation capabilities.
  • Innate problem solver with a proactive approach.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving components.
  • Bachelor's degree with a solid understanding of business principles.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of creating impactful presentations; intermediate SQL skills are required but can be developed on the job.
Compensation

Compensation for this role will be determined based on various factors, including skills, relevant experience, and specific work location. In addition to base salary, the compensation package includes opportunities for equity grants and performance-based incentives.
