In this position, you will play a key role in overseeing performance evaluations, fostering professional growth, and enhancing employee retention. Your efforts will also focus on refining current processes and collaborating with essential stakeholders throughout the organization. This role is integral in aligning business objectives with talent management, engagement, and organizational development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with designated business units to gain a comprehensive understanding of strategic goals and implement effective HR practices within those teams.
2. Provide consultation to management, offering HR insights on talent development, performance oversight, and employee relations as needed.
3. Assess the developmental needs of teams and employees proactively, recommending and executing suitable solutions.
4. Address employee disciplinary matters and advise leadership on effective management strategies for each situation.
5. Work in conjunction with HR colleagues in Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, and other HR divisions to deliver impactful solutions.

6. Champion the employee engagement initiatives for your assigned business units.
7. Act as a representative of the organizational culture, planning and executing activities that promote a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a preference for HRBP experience.
2. Proficiency in performance management, employee relations, and data analytics/reporting.
3. Proven experience in project management and change management, with the ability to lead programs independently.
4. Strong analytical skills and experience in translating data into actionable plans.
5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a track record of building relationships across all organizational levels.
6. Familiarity with the technology or Internet sectors is preferred.
