Position Overview:
As a Strategic Partner Manager within the EU Credit Business Operations team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of credit payment products, ensuring that Amazon customers enjoy an exceptional experience when utilizing these services in collaboration with our financial partners.


Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experiences across the Payments organization and various Amazon services.
- Identify operational deficiencies and recommend requirements for new initiatives.
- Address and resolve issues that impact customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the launch of new payment products and functionalities.
- Develop performance metrics to evaluate success and identify trends.
- Conduct in-depth analyses across all areas of responsibility.
- Demonstrate significant improvements in operational efficiency annually.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program or project management.
- Proficient in utilizing data and metrics to drive enhancements.
- Experience in managing program strategy and delivering results to senior leadership.
- Ability to define program requirements and leverage data for improvements.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluency in English and German (C1 level).


Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA in business-related fields.
- Experience in leading process improvements and complex problem-solving.
- Familiarity with implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
