KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in achieving or surpassing center financial targets through effective communication, scheduling, and management of appointments.
  • Prioritize welcoming and confirming client interactions, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee clinic scheduling to ensure prompt and efficient patient care for various appointment types.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including personal and insurance information.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Prepare and manage client documentation, check clients in and out, and handle inventory management.
  • Process payments and assist clients with financing options, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming environment while adhering to safety and confidentiality protocols.
  • Engage in grassroots marketing initiatives and maintain a basic understanding of hearing technology.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet objectives set by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn new software and applications.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment is a plus.
  • Previous experience with senior clients is advantageous.
