ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contributes to achieving or surpassing center financial goals through effective outreach, scheduling, and management of appointments.
- Prioritizes welcoming and confirming calls while delivering friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
- Manages clinic schedules to ensure efficient patient care for walk-in, curbside, and scheduled appointments.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date client information, including contact details and insurance data.
- Communicates effectively with patients and potential clients via phone, email, and postal mail, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Prepares and updates client records, accurately checking clients in and out of appointments, and managing inventory and orders.
- Handles payment collection and assists with financing applications, maintaining precise records of transactions.
- Ensures a clean, welcoming environment while adhering to safety and infection control protocols, maintaining confidentiality.
- Participates in grassroots marketing initiatives and possesses basic knowledge of hearing instrument functionality.
- Collaborates with team members to achieve objectives set by regional and corporate management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience in customer service or sales environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and applications.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment and achieving monthly targets is a plus.
- Previous experience with senior populations is an advantage.
