ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Contributes to achieving or surpassing center financial goals through effective outreach, scheduling, and management of appointments.
  • Prioritizes welcoming and confirming calls while delivering friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
  • Manages clinic schedules to ensure efficient patient care for walk-in, curbside, and scheduled appointments.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date client information, including contact details and insurance data.
  • Communicates effectively with patients and potential clients via phone, email, and postal mail, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Prepares and updates client records, accurately checking clients in and out of appointments, and managing inventory and orders.
  • Handles payment collection and assists with financing applications, maintaining precise records of transactions.
  • Ensures a clean, welcoming environment while adhering to safety and infection control protocols, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Participates in grassroots marketing initiatives and possesses basic knowledge of hearing instrument functionality.
  • Collaborates with team members to achieve objectives set by regional and corporate management.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service or sales environments is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and applications.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment and achieving monthly targets is a plus.
  • Previous experience with senior populations is an advantage.
