KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Contribute to achieving or surpassing center financial targets through effective outreach, scheduling, and management of appointments.
  • Prioritize welcoming and confirming client interactions while delivering friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
  • Oversee clinic scheduling to ensure efficient patient care for walk-in, curbside, and scheduled appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our systems, including contact details and insurance information.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and potential clients via phone, email, and postal mail, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare and maintain client records, accurately check clients in and out, and manage orders and inventory.
  • Process payments and assist clients with financing applications, ensuring detailed records of transactions.
  • Foster a clean, welcoming, and safe environment while adhering to established safety and confidentiality protocols.
  • Engage in grassroots marketing initiatives and maintain a basic understanding of hearing instrument functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals set by regional and corporate management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service or sales environments is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and applications.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment and achieving performance goals is a plus.
  • Prior experience with senior populations is advantageous.
