ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Contributes to achieving or surpassing center financial targets through effective outreach, precise scheduling, and management of appointments.
  • Prioritizes welcoming and confirming client communications while delivering friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
  • Oversees clinic scheduling to ensure prompt and efficient patient care for walk-in, curbside, and scheduled appointments.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date client information in the system, including contact details and insurance data.
  • Communicates effectively with patients and prospective clients via phone, email, and postal correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up on messages.
  • Prepares and updates patient records, accurately checking clients in and out of appointments, and managing inventory and orders.
  • Handles payment collections and assists with financing applications, ensuring meticulous record-keeping of financial transactions.
  • Ensures a clean, welcoming, and safe environment while adhering to established safety and infection control protocols, maintaining confidentiality of all business and patient information.
  • Participates in grassroots marketing initiatives and maintains a foundational understanding of hearing instrument functionality and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborates with team members to meet objectives set by regional and corporate management.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service or sales environments is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and applications.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment and achieving performance goals is a plus.
  • Previous experience with senior populations is advantageous.
