Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated, personable, and detail-oriented individual who excels in collaborative environments and possesses experience in a healthcare administrative role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome individuals entering the facility, addressing inquiries, providing directions, and notifying staff of visitors.
  • Oversee client sign-in documentation.
  • Act as the representative of the organization, delivering courteous service to all visitors and callers.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
  • Assist with filing and data entry tasks as needed.
  • Schedule patient appointments as required.
  • Support clinical personnel with administrative tasks.
  • Manage correspondence and supply inventory.
  • Ensure the clinic operates efficiently while upholding a professional atmosphere.
  • Facilitate new patient referrals.
  • Collaborate with and assist the administrative team across various locations, demonstrating proficiency with technology.
  • This is a part-time role, requiring 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, with some evening shifts until 7 p.m.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills for interacting with patients, visitors, staff, and external clients.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
