KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in achieving or surpassing center financial targets through effective outreach, scheduling, and management of appointments.
  • Deliver warm and welcoming service through prompt welcome and confirmation communications.
  • Oversee clinic scheduling to ensure timely and efficient patient care for both walk-in and scheduled appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the system, including personal and insurance information.
  • Communicate professionally with patients and potential clients via phone, email, and postal mail, ensuring timely follow-up on messages.
  • Prepare and maintain client documentation, accurately check clients in and out, and manage inventory and order processing.
  • Handle payment collection and assist with financing applications, ensuring meticulous record-keeping of financial transactions.
  • Uphold a clean, welcoming environment while adhering to safety and infection control protocols, ensuring confidentiality of all patient information.
  • Engage in grassroots marketing initiatives and maintain a basic understanding of hearing instrument functions.
  • Collaborate effectively with center staff to meet goals set by regional and corporate management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service or sales environments is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new software and applications.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment and achieving performance goals is a plus.
  • Previous experience with senior populations is advantageous.
