Starting Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8-5, and Fridays 8-2 (paid for the entire day)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates by managing phone calls and welcoming visitors
  • Ensure the reception and office areas are welcoming and well-maintained
  • Handle email inquiries and correspondence promptly
  • Return calls to clients and conduct pre-screening interviews
  • Organize document scanning, interview scheduling, and orientations for new hires
  • Process onboarding documents efficiently
  • Support the account management team with job advertisements
  • Assist payroll with timecard processing
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and quick to learn new software
  • Able to wear a headset for extended periods
  • Dependable and dedicated to your work
