KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in achieving or surpassing center financial targets through effective outreach, scheduling, and management of appointments.
  • Prioritize welcoming and confirming client communications while delivering warm and enthusiastic customer service.
  • Oversee clinic scheduling to ensure timely and efficient patient care for both walk-in and scheduled appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including personal information and insurance details.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and prospective clients via phone, email, and mail, ensuring prompt follow-up on messages.
  • Prepare and manage client documentation, check clients in and out of appointments, and handle inventory management.
  • Process payments and assist clients with financing applications, maintaining precise records of transactions.
  • Ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe environment while adhering to established safety and infection control protocols.
  • Participate in grassroots marketing initiatives and maintain a basic understanding of hearing instrument functions.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet objectives set by regional and corporate management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service or sales environments is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and applications.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment and achieving set goals is a plus.
  • Previous experience with senior clientele is advantageous.
