KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive center performance by managing outbound communications, effective scheduling, and overall schedule optimization.
  • Deliver warm and welcoming service through initial contact and appointment confirmations.
  • Oversee clinic scheduling to ensure timely and efficient patient care for all appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact details and insurance information.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and potential clients through various channels, ensuring prompt follow-up on inquiries.
  • Prepare and maintain client documentation, manage check-in and check-out processes, and handle inventory management.
  • Process payments and assist clients with financing options, ensuring meticulous record-keeping of transactions.
  • Foster a clean, welcoming environment while adhering to safety and infection control protocols, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Engage in grassroots marketing initiatives and maintain a foundational understanding of hearing instrument functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve objectives set by regional and corporate leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service or sales environments is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and applications.
  • Experience in a team-oriented environment with a focus on achieving goals is advantageous.
  • Prior experience working with senior populations is a plus.
