Healthcare Reception Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in achieving center financial targets through effective outreach, scheduling, and management of appointments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through welcoming and confirmation communications.
- Oversee clinic scheduling to ensure prompt and efficient patient care for both walk-in and scheduled appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, including contact details and insurance data.
- Communicate effectively with patients and prospective clients via phone, email, and mail, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and manage client records, check clients in and out of appointments, and handle inventory and order processing.
- Collect payments and assist with financing applications, ensuring accurate record-keeping of transactions.
- Uphold a clean and inviting environment while adhering to safety and infection control protocols, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Engage in grassroots marketing initiatives and maintain a basic understanding of hearing instruments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet goals set by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience in customer service or sales environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to learn new software and applications.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment is a plus.
- Previous experience with senior populations is advantageous.
