KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in achieving center financial targets through effective outreach, scheduling, and management of appointments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through welcoming and confirmation communications.
  • Oversee clinic scheduling to ensure prompt and efficient patient care for both walk-in and scheduled appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, including contact details and insurance data.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and prospective clients via phone, email, and mail, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare and manage client records, check clients in and out of appointments, and handle inventory and order processing.
  • Collect payments and assist with financing applications, ensuring accurate record-keeping of transactions.
  • Uphold a clean and inviting environment while adhering to safety and infection control protocols, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Engage in grassroots marketing initiatives and maintain a basic understanding of hearing instruments.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet goals set by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service or sales environments is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to learn new software and applications.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment is a plus.
  • Previous experience with senior populations is advantageous.
