A-Plus HealthCare is seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join our team in Kalispell, MT. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in matching client needs with caregiver availability and skills, ensuring individuals can receive the care they need in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Management: Schedule employees as directed by client care plans, process patient authorizations, and communicate with central admissions.
- Client Care Coordination: Create work schedules, manage changes to client schedules, and provide alternate coverage to ensure client care plans are followed.
- Supervision and Training: Supervise direct service employees, set expectations for attendance, performance, and conduct, and assist with the new hire process.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1 year of industry experience preferred.
- Skills: Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, as well as computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling programs.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required, as this position is not remote.
